• you go to a next level when you type the correct word or words into the URL...

• no capital letters...

• when you expect two or more words to be the answer, add an underscore or dash to join the words- do not type in spaces. Most of the time it's just a word without spaces like someresponsehere.html. Some answers might also include punctuation like ! or apostrophes or periods. No colons or semicolons though.

• look for hints everywhere you think they can be found, and try to interpret them...

• sometimes the answer is straight in the picture... sometimes it's not only there...

• source of the page is a very hintful place... always visit it... right click and view source to view source. Some pages will not allow this due to how they are coded. For these press ctrl+u on your keyboard to bring up the source screen.

• music is only a background... usually it has nothing in common with riddles...

• don't give up... some riddles are damn hard, but every single one is to be solved... in a creative way...

• colours are very, VERY, important, learn what they mean, and the riddle will get much, much easier.

• this riddle is creative based, not logical - so if you are math minded, you are going to have to learn to think with the other side of your brain..

• the hint screens on this riddle are called "red herrings" - once again colour is important - these give you hints that may be helpful

• during the course of your journey you will find artifacts. Collect them all, and keep a record of your progress. Some artifacts transport you, others give you powers, and some are needed to progress through the riddle. They are hidden everywhere.

• some artifacts are used simply by typing their name followed by html - like artifact1.html - while others have to be appended to a riddle level - like enter-artifact1.html

• the aim of the riddler is to get you lost - don't let him. In addition there are many secrets hidden - entire riddlesets even. Find them all - you will need them all to finish the final level!

• the riddle worlds like an enchanted forest - there are many paths, many clues, it can become overwhelming, keep track of everything.

• reject your logic and you may survive.. ;)

• the answers are always simple - when you are stuck remind yourself not to overthink. The simplest answers are always the ones riddlers have the hardest times getting. Also when in doubt, think literally or say what you read out loud.
